Pieces are shipped via Royal Mail's signed for 1st Class delivery.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Once pieces have been delivered to its address, you are responsible for it. All items are tracked and traced, if your item has not appeared within a reasonable time frame please get in contact and I will trace it for you.


All items will be packed using recycled boxes and wrapping where possible.

Returns Policy

All sales are final, they won't be refunded for change of mind. All pieces have been made by hand. The firing process allows for quirks and colour variations and sizes may not be exact due to their uneven nature, please respect this.

If for some reason you are not happy please get in touch so we can talk about it together, it is of upmost importance my customers are happy with their piece/s.

What if I receive my ceramics and they are damaged in Shipping?

Please contact me upon receiving your piece/s. Refunds/replacements will be decided on an individual case by case basis. I require you to email a photo of the damaged piece/s in its packaging. We will discuss your options of either organising a replacement to be sent to you or a refund of the purchase price minus the shipping costs. I may require the original piece/s to be returned.

Second Chance

These are pieces which have not turned out as expected. However, are offered for sale at a reduced price, to reflect this. All items are photographed generally and at the point of fault.
